The company is responsible for providing only the services that the guest has paid for.
Any additional services not paid for by the guest are considered suggestions, and the company is not obligated to provide those services or cover their costs.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Within 15 days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages/hotel booking/transportation: 50% retention of the tour cost.
- Within 7 days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages/hotel booking/transportation: 100% retention of the tour cost.
- Child Policy:
- Children aged 0 to 5 years without a bed are complimentary.
- Children above 5 to 12 years are chargeable as per the extra bed policy.
Important Notes for Tour
- Arrival Time:
- Be at the airport 2 hours before your flight takes off. They need time to check everyone for safety.
- You can't bring your big bags onto the plane for safety. Only small things like jewelry and laptops are okay.
- Hotel Availability:
- The hotels we talked about in our offer? It just means our prices are based on those hotels. We'll confirm your stay there later.
- If those hotels are full, we'll find another good one for you. Don't worry!
- Special Places:
- In Pahalgam, vehicles other than local taxis are not permitted to visit Aru, Chandanwari, or Beetab Valley.
- Booking and Dates:
- We need your payment before a certain date, or your spot might go to someone else. And the dates we talked about? They might change a bit based on what you want.
